Child Safety Policy

HAVODDS PRIVATE LIMITED — Protecting children across all our platforms

Last updated: 15 May 2026

1Our Commitment to Child Safety

HAVODDS PRIVATE LIMITED ("HAVODDS", "we", "us") is deeply committed to creating a safe digital environment for all users, with particular care taken to protect children and minors across every product and service we operate — including HavCloud, HavAI, HavStudio, HavOS, SunoZra, and OTREE.

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child grooming, exploitation, or any content or conduct that endangers the safety, dignity, or well-being of any person under the age of 18.

This policy applies to all users, employees, contractors, and third-party partners interacting with HAVODDS platforms.

2Age Restrictions & Eligibility

Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By accessing or using any HAVODDS platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
  • If we learn that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend their account and delete all associated personal data.
  • Parents or guardians who believe their child has registered on any HAVODDS platform should contact us immediately at support@havodds.com.
  • Where required by law, we may implement additional age-verification measures on specific products.

3Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited across all HAVODDS platforms:

  • CSAM: Any content that sexually exploits, depicts, or endangers minors — including images, videos, text, or AI-generated material.
  • Grooming: Any attempt to establish a relationship with a minor for the purpose of exploitation or abuse.
  • Solicitation: Requesting sexual content from or directing sexual conversations toward a person who is or may be a minor.
  • Trafficking: Any content facilitating child trafficking, forced labour, or any form of exploitation of minors.
  • Sharing personal data of minors without consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Violations will result in immediate account termination, data preservation for law enforcement, and mandatory reporting to the relevant authorities.

4How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content or behaviour on a HAVODDS platform that you believe endangers a child, please report it immediately through any of the following channels:

  • Email (preferred): support@havodds.com — Subject line: "Child Safety Report"
  • Phone: +91 63776 88547 — Emergency reports responded to within 24 hours on business days.
  • In-app reporting: Use the "Report" feature on any post, profile, or message within our platforms.

All reports are treated with the highest priority and strict confidentiality. We do not retaliate against good-faith reporters.

For CSAM specifically, you may also report directly to:

5Enforcement & Law Enforcement Cooperation

HAVODDS maintains a strict enforcement policy for child safety violations:

  • Accounts involved in CSAM or child exploitation are permanently banned immediately upon detection or credible report.
  • We preserve all relevant data — messages, logs, IP addresses, uploaded files — in accordance with applicable law to assist law enforcement investigations.
  • We proactively cooperate with Indian law enforcement agencies, INTERPOL, and international child safety organisations including NCMEC and IWF.
  • HAVODDS complies fully with lawful requests for user data in connection with child safety investigations under the Information Technology Act, 2000, POCSO Act, 2012, and applicable Indian Penal Code provisions.

6AI & Automated Safety Measures

Our AI-powered platforms implement the following safeguards to detect and prevent child safety violations:

  • Content moderation systems trained to detect and flag potentially harmful content involving minors.
  • PhotoDNA hash-matching technology (where applicable) to detect known CSAM.
  • Age inference signals and behavioural analysis to identify and protect potentially underage users.
  • Regular third-party audits of our AI models to check for biases or gaps that could undermine child safety.

We continually invest in improving these systems as part of our ₹100 Crore – ₹1,000 Crore AI infrastructure commitment.
