We develop high-class software products, cloud infrastructure, AI-powered tools, and SaaS solutions including HavCloud, HavStudio, HavOS, HavAI, and SunoZra — a real-time video chat and audio call platform. Our registered business activities fall under NIC codes 62011 (software publishing & development), 62012 (custom software development), and 63112 (web portals & data hosting).

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information when you access or use any of our websites (havodds.com, havodds.in), products, or services. It is prepared in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (SPDI Rules), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India.
